Behind every good organization is a board of members supporting it. Here at Helping Paws Pet Haven we currently have a board with 13 members. Our board meets four times a year, and it is at these meetings where we make all of our important decisions and plan upcoming events.

Betsy Bilyew ~ President
Animal fanatic, Betsy Bilyew, has been with us from the very beginning. She is one of our top donors and volunteers many man hours towards the marketing and education at HPPH.

David Vogelman ~ Vice President

Glenda Wamsley ~ Treasurer
Having an affinity for the special needs kitties, Glenda has been a great asset to HPPH. She works with Denise McNalley to help keep our finances in order & is the operational manager at the Adoption Center.

Alisha Shannon ~ Secretary
Mother of three, one human and two felines, Alisha aids in creating flyers, newsletters, stationary, etc. to help advertise for HPPH. She also updates the HPPH website and takes photos of the felines for use on the website, in ads, and in publications.

Denise McNalley ~ Financial Overseer
Denise is an avid cat lover and hard working volunteer at HPPH. She has adopted and fostered a few of our blind feline friends.

Pet aficionado, Leah knows most of our felines by name, and has adopted one or two of her own. Leah serves on both the HPPH board & the Humane Shelter board. She has proven to be a most helpful little gopher.

Stop by the Adoption Center almost any day of the week and you are sure to meet our oldest and hardest working board member, Janet. She's a true sweetheart and has proven to be a great asset to our regular fundraisers.

Every feline's friend, Judy, has spent many hours of her retirement volunteering at HPPH after being roped-in by an old HPPH veteran.

Dawn Stanley ~ Executive Director
Dawn Stanley, a life time animal lover, is a the co-founder of HPPH. You can read all about her story at the link on this page our story. She works at HPPH socializing the felines and helping to prepare them for adoption. She also works at Village Animal Hospital for Dr. Janet Houghten & Jennifer Haney as a veterinary assistant.
